卸垛自动生产线及控制系统研究
摘要
传统的机械设备与产品,多是以机械为主,是电气、液压或气动控制的机械设备。随着工业水平的不断发展,机械设备已逐步地由手动操作改为自动控制,设备本身也发展成为机电一体化的综合体。可编程序控制器(PLC)是以微处理器为核心,综合计算机技术、自动化技术和通信技术发展起来的一种新型工业自动控制装置。经过30多年的发展,目前,可编程序控制器已成为工业自动化领域中最重要、应用最多的控制装置,居工业生产自动化三大支柱(可编程序控制器、机器人、计算机辅助设计与制造)的首位。其广泛的深度和广度成为衡量一个国家工业自动化程度高低的标志。本文首先概述了PLC的产生、发展及应用现状,随后又论述了自动生产线的历史、我国的应用现状及存在的一系列问题及今后该领域的发展趋势。
其次进行了系统控制部分的设计。该系统的核心部分是卸垛自动生产线的控制系统,其控制系统主要是以可编程序控制器(PLC)为基础进行集成控制的。在该部分中,介绍了PLC的綦础知识;详细介绍了工艺流程及控制逻辑;设计了PLC控制系统软件和硬件;并介绍了PLC上位连接系统,为用户对卸垛自动生产线实现实时监控、远程诊断和网络化管理搭建了平台。
最后,论文对全文进行总结,并提出了进一步研究的展望。

Destacking automatic production line and control system
Abstract
Traditional mechanical devices and products, and more is machinery, is the electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic control of the machinery and equipment. With the continuous development of industrial level, mechanical equipment has been gradually replaced by a manually operated automatic control, the device itself has become a synthesis of mechanical and electrical integration. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a microprocessor core, integrated computer technology, automation technology and communication technology developed a new type of industrial automation devices. After 30 years of development, at present, programmable logic controller has become the most important industrial automation, the most widely used control devices, ranking the three pillars of industrial automation (programmable logic controllers, robotics, computer-aided design and manufacturing ) in the first place. The broad measure of the depth and breadth to become a national symbol of the degree of industrial automation. This paper outlines the PLC of the production, development and application status, and subsequently discussed the history of automated production lines, the existence of the application and a range of issues and future trends in this field.
Destacking automatic production line is a collaboration of more than a complex machine mechanical system, the mechanical structure of both the common has its characteristics. In this paper, automatic production line unstacking mechanical systems design, conduct and analysis of institutional choice: given the calculation of transmission; of key technologies are analyzed. Describes the design of pneumatic and vacuum system is given a basic pneumatic circuit and vacuum system components and functions.
