摘 要
随着经济的快速发展,国际的交流、企业间的交流日益频繁,因此,商业活动也日益增多。在商务活动中,最基本的环节是商务谈判。而使商务谈判成功的因素有很多,礼仪就在商务谈判中占有十分重要的位置。它贯穿于谈判的整个过程中,不仅体现自身的教养和素质,而且对谈判对手也有非常重要的影响。

With the development of economy, international communications and exchanges between enterprises have become frequent increasing .therefore, more and more business activities are increasing .In the business activities , the most basic part is the business negotiation .there are many factors that can make business negotiation successful and business negotiation successful is in a very an important position .it runs through the whole process of negotiations , not only give expression to its upbringing and qualities , but also make an important influence on negotiation rivals.
