气力输送系统分析与维护
摘要
在现代的许多工业生产过程中都含有粉粒体的处理工艺,而对粉粒体输送设备的选择、设计和使用以及系统的操作管理必将对其经济的合理性和工作的可靠性带来显著的影响。气力输送比机械输送具有许多明显的优点,故其得到了广泛的应用。
使用不同厂家气力输送系统的专业技术人员、运行操作人员及故障维修维护人员的素质、水平对气力输送系统的了解程度等各方面能力,对整个系统能否安全、正常的运行起到非常重要的作用。为了在维护的过程尽量的解决问题,对气力输送系统应有充足的了解,而本课题则是主要介绍了气力输送技术发展、气力输送系统组成以及维护的主要方向以及办法,应此本课题的研究具有重要的现实意义。
