摘 要
食品中添加的山梨酸含量过高,如果消费者长期服用这种食品,很大程度上会危害人体健康,因此,食品中山梨酸的含量是是至关重要的。本文采用分光光度[1-2]法测定食品中山梨酸的含量。以双氧水-硫酸溶液为山梨酸氧化体系,得到氧化产物丙二醛与硫代巴比妥酸进一步进行显色反应。

Abstract
The excessive acid content in food is too high, if consumers take this food for a long time, it will be harmful to human health, therefore, the content of acid in food is very important. In this paper, the content of acid in food was determined by Spectrophotometry with [1-2] method. The oxidation system of the hydrogen peroxide sulfuric acid solution was used as the oxidation product of the oxidation products, and the content of MDA was further reacted with the reaction of the acid.
