本文采用以意杨下脚料栽培香菇,并且采用了凯氏定氮法、索氏提取法、重量法、菲林氏剂法和分光光度法对香菇中营养成分蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、碳水化合物和氨基酸进行了分析。结果表明,香菇中蛋白质含量18.63%、脂肪含量为4.24%、粗纤维含量为6.24%、还原糖含量为4.94%和氨基酸含量为32μg/100g。

Astract
In this paper, with poplar wastes for the cultivation of Lentinus edodes, and using the Kjeldahl fixed nitrogen method, Soxhlet extraction method and gravimetric method, phenanthrene Lin agent method and spectrophotometric method has carried on the analysis to the mushroom nutrition composition of protein, fat, crude fiber, carbohydrates and amino acids. The results showed that the protein content of 18.63%, fat content in letinous edodes crude fiber content of 4.24%, 6.24%, 4.94% for reducing sugar content and amino acid content is 32 g/100g.
