摘要
ABS是一种易燃的高分子材料，燃烧速度很快，因此ABS的阻燃性受到世界十分关注。阻燃ABS主要应用于电动工具上，电动工具产品有其相应的技术要求，并且能够带来额外的产值，被大量应用于工程塑料、电机、电气等生活生产中。与能源相比，其生产过程环保，属无污染产业。
近年来，国内外对ABS阻燃剂应用研究非常广泛。本文主要针对阻燃ABS在电动工具上的应用作以下阐述：电动工具的现状及发展、ABS的性能、ABS阻燃剂的介绍、以及阻燃ABS的加工和电工工具的加工。同时对加工阻燃ABS设备的选择，生产工艺描述等方面进行了介绍。

Abstract
ABS is a kind of combustible polymer material, burning speed is very fast, so the flame retardant of ABS is very concerned by the world. Flame retardant ABS mainly used in electric tools, electric tool products have their corresponding technical requirements, and can bring additional output value, is a large number of applications in engineering plastics, electrical, electrical and other life. And energy compared to the production process of environmental protection, no pollution industry.
In recent years, domestic and foreign research on the application of ABS flame retardant is very wide. This paper focuses on the application of flame retardant ABS on electric tool for the following elaboration: processing status and development of electric tools, ABS performance, ABS flame retardant, and flame retardant ABS processing and electrical tools. At the same time on the processing of flame retardant ABS equipment selection, the description of the manufacturing process are introduced in this paper.
