摘 要
面对日趋恶化的自然环境以及资源的短缺，各国开始注重环境的保护，“绿色物流”由此兴起，绿色物流就是抑制在物流活动中各环节对环境造成危害的同时，净化物流环境使物流资源得以充分利用。
本文首先对各国企业绿色物流的现状做出分析并比较现有企业物流的绩效方法，选择评价较为全面和完整的平衡计分法构建出企业的绩效评价体系。其次，将绿色物流的理念充分融入平衡计分卡，提出了绿色的平衡计分卡并构建了一套完整的企业绿色物流的绩效评价指标体系。在评价指标量化时，对指标进行无极化和标准化处理，规避了层次分析法较主观的缺点，而后运用层次分析法综合评价企业的绿色物流并突出绿色物流在企业中的重要性。最后，以某物流企业为例证实分析，论证了该指标体系的合理性、实用性和可操作性。
本文构建的企业绿色物流绩效评价模型是对物流企业绩效评价模型进一步扩充。该模型有利于物流企业了解绿色物流在企业中所占有的地位和其带来的经济效益，充分利用绿色物流可以降低对环境的污染，减少能源的消耗。最终达到企业的经济效益与生态相平衡的状态。

This model is conducive to the logistics the green logistics enterprises understand the position occupied in the enterprise and its economic benefits, and take full advantage of green logistics can reduce the pollution of the environment and reduce energy consumption.
