随着现代社会的飞速发展，电力企业对一线员工的整体企业提出了更高的期望和要求，使得一线员工在积极提高自身服务意识的同时 也渐渐埋下了一定的党政思想隐患，尤其是在新形势下，一线员工由于长期处在高压、高风险、抢险的第一线，训练强度大、任务繁重、责任重大、工作和生活时常处于高度紧张状态，这就使得一些适应能力、鉴别能力和自控能力相对比较弱的一线员工极易产生困惑、焦虑、抑郁等情绪，进而发展为党政思想问题。如何在确保有效提升一线员工抢险能力、工作能力的基础上，保证一线员工健康的党政思想状态、保持高度的政治觉悟已经成为电力企业亟需解决的重要课题。
关键词：电力企业、一线员工、党政思想、项目管理
Abstract
