【内容摘要】随着经济迅速发展，工程建筑施工项目不断增多，给建筑行业提供了千载难逢的发展机会，但是随之而来的工程评估也越发的艰难。工程规模的不断扩大以及建设数量的不断增长，导致工程建设的难度更加的大，在建筑工程施工中需要交叉合作和协调作业，假如操控不好，评估不好，在工程施工的后期就会由于种种问题影响到工期的如期完成，造成工程资金的浪费，产生质量问题，严重的甚至会产生安全隐患。本篇论文对项目评估的意义与作用进行了研究，通过对项目评估的意义和作用进行研究，能够有效提升项目的投资项目决策水平，提升投资效益，提高项目前期工作效率的需要；同时，评估评估时所坚持的独立、科学规范和客观公正原则也能够有效解决项目本身存在的问题，实现我国工程项目建设的进一步发展。

【Abstract】With the rapid economic development, increasing engineering construction project, the construction industry to provide a rare opportunity for development, but also the attendant engineering assessment more difficult. Expanding and growing number of construction projects scale, leading to the difficulty of the construction of more large, building construction needs cross cooperation and coordination operations, if control is not good, bad assessment, late in the construction will be due problems affect the timely completion of the construction period, resulting in a waste of money engineering, quality problems, and even cause serious safety problems. This paper evaluated the significance of the project and the role of research carried out by the meaning and role of project evaluation study can effectively enhance the decision-making level of investment projects to improve investment efficiency, improve the efficiency of the project preparatory work required; at the same time, the assessment when evaluating insisted independent, impartial and objective scientific principles and norms can effectively solve the problems the project itself, to achieve further development of the project construction project.
