摘要
危险品运输是其生命周期中的一个重要环节,近年来其运量不断增加,运输事故时有发生。危险品由于其特殊的危险特性,一旦发生事故,可能会造成巨大的损失,公众对此非常敏感。研究危险品运输网络优化设计方法,设计出安全、快捷的危险品运输路径,不仅能给政府决策部门及危险品运输企业提供直接参考,同时也是预防危险品运输事故的有效途径。

Abstract
The transportation of dangerous goods is an important part of its life cycle. In recent years, the volume of dangerous goods has been increasing. Because of its special risk characteristics, the dangerous goods may cause huge losses in the event of an accident. Study on dangerous goods transportation network optimization design method, design of hazardous material transportation safety and fast, can not only provide a direct reference to the government decision-making departments and dangerous goods transport enterprise, is also the effective way to prevent accidents in the transportation of dangerous goods.
