摘 要
随着城镇人口居住的集中化加剧，传统人工小区管理模式逐渐跟不上时代的潮流。这就要求我们提供一个专门的管理系统。来提高物管的工作效率、为住户提供更好的服务。
小区物业管理系统运用现代化的计算机管理手段,使物业的硬件管理结合软件管理,为物业管理走向现代化,制度化与规范化创造条件。系统的主要功能包括：业户管理、投诉受理、维修受理、收费管理及业户交流。
本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SQServer作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的小区物业管理系统。

ABSTRACT
Along with the increasing concentration of urban population live, the traditional model of community management gradually catch up with the trend of the times. This requires that we provide a special management system, to improve the efficiency of property management, provide better services for residents.
Residential property management system the use of modern computer management means, make property hardware management combined with software management, property management for the modernization, institutionalized and standardized conditions. The main functions of the system include: business management, complaint handling, repair, charge management and business exchange acceptance.
The front of the system using JSP as a development language, the use of SQServer as a database management system, the development environment is MyEclipse, server using tomcat, developed a Web technology based on B / S structure of the district property management system.
