【摘要】:随着机械制造业的飞速发展,为进一步提高教学生产类中小型数控车床的性价比,提高主轴转速,增加机床刚性,对原有的数控车床作了一定的结构改进设计,使之不仅能满足教学用途外还能用于生产实际上半精、精加工。本次课题在设计中,CK6132车床不但可以选择步进电机,而且可以选择伺服电机。选择恰当的进给驱动丝杠支承、滚珠丝杠预紧方式以及轴承选用及润滑等也是相当的重要,同时,进给驱动的安装如何保证精度等,在本课题中有相应的叙。本次完成了进给驱动的相关设计问题,能满足教学生产类中小型数控车床加工相关零件的要求,同时该机床也有较好的性价比,最终达到本次设计的综合训练的目的。
