PLC在机械手控制中的应用
摘要:机械手是工业自动化范畴中经常遇到的一种控制现象,可编程控制器(PLC)是专为工业环境中运用而设计的实时工业控制设备。机械手在美国、以色列等国家应用较多,如用过时采摘手采摘水果、装配工业线上应用智能机器人等。能模仿人手肢体的某些动作功能,用以按固定程序抓取、搬运物件或操作工具的自动操作设备。机械手是最早出现的工业机器人,也是最早出现的现代机器人,它可代替人的繁重劳动以实现生产的安全化、机械化和自动化,能在有害环境下操作以保护人身的安全,因而广泛应用于机械制造、冶金、电子、轻工、探索和原子能等部门。本文主要研究的是PLC在机械手控制中的应用,通过设计编制研究机械手构成、PLC程序、画制梯形图来实现机械手模型控制系统的自动控制,实现机械手的伸缩、抓取、移位。

Application of PLC in manipulator control
Abstract The manipulator is a kind of control phenomenon in the field of industry automation, and the programmable controller (PLC) is the real time industrial control equipment designed for industrial environment.. Robots in the United States, Israel and other countries, such as more applications, such as picking picking fruits, assembly line of industrial applications smart robots, etc.. It can imitate the function of certain movement of the human body, and use the automatic operation equipment of the fixed program to grab and carry the object or operation tools.. Manipulator is the first industrial robots, is the earliest of the modern robot, it can replace the heavy labor to achieve safe production, mechanization and automation, can operate in hazardous environments to protect the personal safety, so it is widely used in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, electronics, light industry, exploration and atomic energy and other departments. This paper mainly studies the application of PLC in the control of the manipulator, composed of the design of manipulator, PLC program, drawing of ladder diagram to realize the automatic control of the manipulator model control system to achieve manipulator telescopic, grasping, shift.
