摆锤冲击试验机的设计
摘要:本文主要是对摆锤冲击试验机进行研究,该摆锤冲击试验机主要的功能是用在动态力学方面的试验以及物体的冲击性破坏检测。摆锤冲击试验机的机械部分是利用摆锤式重力加速度的冲击方法,同时利用光电编码器作为传感器来达到控制摆锤摆动的角度,在通过力传感器测量摆锤的每次冲击所产生的力的大小,运用STC89C52RC单片机作为主控制器进行试验机的控制操作,再通过外接AD转换器进行模拟和数字之间的转换,采用LCD液晶显示屏显示摆锤的工作状况下的参数,通过设计串口通信电路来达到单片机与计算机之间的通信目的,再通过单片机的编程设计来达到控制摆锤电机的目的,最终实现我们所需要的功能。

Design of charpy impact test machine
Abstract:This paper is a study of pendulum impact testing machine, the pendulum impact testing machine main function is to use impact in terms of the dynamic mechanical test and object-destructive inspection. Charpy impact test machine mechanical part is the use of gravitational pendulum impact method, while using optical encoder as a sensor to control the angle of swing of the pendulum, in each impact force generated by the force sensor pendulum the size, the use of STC89C52RC microcontroller as the main controller for controlling the operation of the testing machine, and then converting between analog and digital external AD converter by using the LCD display shows the parameters of the pendulum under working conditions to serial communication way communication between the computer and the microcontroller, and then through the microcontroller programmed to achieve the purpose of controlling the pendulum motor, and ultimately the features we need..
