摘要:从二十世纪十九年代起,人类的科学技术水平飞速发展,特别是有关电子科学技术的方面,自动化一体化已经慢慢融入我们的日常生活之中。一个国家如果它的自动化技术能过做到大幅度的提升,那么这个国家的经济发展水平也定会有着大幅度的提升。尤其在包装行业之中表现的十分突出。在如今的社会之中,包装自动化在很多大型的工厂以及企业里已经实现了。随着自动化技术的不多完善,工厂中生产线上的产品损耗大幅度降低、故障率也是越来越低。在自动化生产的飞快发展的同时,企业的效益越来越高,生产效率成倍提高,自动化水平越来越快的话,那么经济利益就会越来越可观。而此次设计所研究的内容就是应用在生产线上的自动装箱控制系统。在此篇文章中,会对系统的每个硬件与软件的部分进行细致的讲解,其中有系统每个模块的方案如何去选择,以及所用到的元器件的功能以及其使用方法等。
本文之中,我会先大体介绍一下毕业论文设计的整体宏观思路。其次,再更具系统的具体设计及要求对每个部分进行讲解。最后,设计出总体的设计方案。系统的主要组成部分是两条传送带,即运输箱子的传送带和运输产品的传送带。同时,我们选用光电传感器来作为计数器。
整个 系统的主电路是以AT89C52单片机和74LS373等芯片为核心。为了键盘电路能够更清晰更简单的设置参数,以及方便LED电路的连接。因此,在设计电路时特意用8255A扩展了I/O接口,这方面将会在论文中做详细的介绍。
至于系统的编程控制部分,我本次结合了硬件和软件去完成程序的设计,最终以实现自动装箱控制系统设计的要求。

System Designing of Automatic Controls

In this article, part of each hardware and software systems will be detailed explanations, including the program of each module system how to choose, and functional components are used as well as the use of methods.
Among this article, I will first explain in general the overall macro-thinking design thesis. Further, a system of more specific requirements for the design and explain each part. Finally, the design of the overall design. The main components of the system are two conveyor belts that transport conveyor belt and transport box products. At the same time, we use a photoelectric sensor as a counter.
