基于89C51单片机的蛋白质水解温度控制系统
[摘要]在现代工业控制领域中,随着技术的不断发展,各类工业控制器层出不穷,对环境的适应能力的得到的极大的加强,智能化程度也越来越高。在各类工业控制器中,以单片机为核心的工业控制器因为体积小,成本低,功能强大等优点而占据了一席之地。PID控制器是一中基于PID算法的控制器,这种控制器 论的是PID控制器的在温度控制方面的应用。
本文主要从硬件设计、软件设计以及相关接口电路设计等方面来阐述对蛋白质制温度水解项目中所应用的基于89C51单片机的温度控制系统的设计方案,并且在设计过程中,从多个方面充分考虑到了环境等因素的可能会对系统产生的影响,从而制定了相应的措施来保证系统的稳定性。在软件设计方面,本设计根据被控对象的特性,设计了合适的PID的算法,以保证控制功能的实现。

Protein hydrolysis temperature control system based on 89C51 single chip microcomputer
【Abstract】:industrial controllers emerge endlessly, the ability of adapting to the environment has been greatly strengthened. At the same time, the degree of intelligence is also getting higher and higher. Among all kinds of industrial controller, the microcontroller is the core of the industrial controller because of small size, low cost, strong functions and other advantages of occupying a place. PID controller is a controller based on PID algorithm, the controller in many industrial fields have a wide range of applications. For example, food, chemical industry and so on. This paper mainly discusses PID controller in the temperature control applications.
This article mainly disscusses many aspects such us hardware design, software design and the related interface circuit design elaborates influence on protein hydrolysis temperature project by the application of the 89C51 SCM temperature control system design scheme based on design process. From multiple aspects, giving full consideration to the environment factors may cause the system, so as to formulate the corresponding measures to guarantee the system stability. In terms of software design, this design is according to the characteristics of the controlled object, the design of a suitable PID algorithm, in order to ensure the realization of the control function.
