摘要
当前中国经济的快速发展,许多大型工厂如石油天然气等能源产业工厂在国家经济中的地位越加显著。伴随的产能的增加,外输油料已经不能满足大型工厂的日常生产要求,所以工厂自备油库应运而生,伴随着可编程控制器的(programmable logic controller)发展,它们的监控系统也得到了很大的进步。实现安全高效的生产,实行远程数字化控制,有效控制生产过程中的关键技术环节,实现大规模生产所需求的统一、协调是目前众多大型企业所企盼的。
可编程控制器(programmable logic controller)简称PLC。它是历年代以来,在集成电路计算机技术基础上发展起来的一种新兴工业控制设备。目前,国外已广泛的应用于自动化控制领域。PC的生产商正不断地开发PC,使PC的应用面越来越广。近几年,国内在PC开发应用方面的发展也很快,除许多从国外引进的设备、自动化生产线外,国产的机床设备己越来越多地采用PC控制系统取代传统的机电接触、控制系统。在控制功能方面,PC机与计算机相比,编程可靠,工业化强,应用和调试周期短,可以在工作环境恶劣下工作。很容易实现机电一体化,因此PC机受到人们的普遍欢迎,成为工业控制领域方面的主流。
本次设计采用可编程序控制器来控制油库储运监控系统的工作,主要任务是对储油罐的液位、温度、压力等数据的全方位实时监测及HIMS储油罐数据处理功能:1#泵房油泵运行工况实时监控,并对其中的出口油泵实行电动控制操作以及与油码头油料发放实行远程联动控制操作;实现罐区油料收发业务管理的网上作业,并与监控服务器组成东罐区油库综合管理系统局域网。

The current rapid development of Chinese economy, many large factories such as oil and natural gas industry factories in the country’s economic position more prominent. With the increase of capacity, transmission oil cannot meet daily production requirement of large factories, so the factory owned oil emerge as the times require, accompanied by the programmable controller (programmable logic controller) development, monitoring system which has been great progress. To achieve safe and efficient production, implementation of remote digital control, effective control of key links in the production process, realize large-scale production, the demand of unified coordination is the large enterprises look forward to good.
Programmable controller (programmable controller).ls called PC. Since it has been undergoes the age, develops one emerging industry control device in the integrated circuit computer technology base. At present, overseas akeady widespread application to automated control present, overseas already widespread application to automated control domain. The PC producer unceasingly is developing PC, causes PC the application surface to be more and broader.In recent years, domestic is also very quick in the PC development application aspect development, except many from outside the overseas introduction equipment, the automatic production line, the domestically produced engine bed equipment more and more many has used the pc control system substitution tradition the mechanical and electrical contact, the control system.
This design uses the programmable controller to control the fuel depot storage and transport supervisory system’s work, the primary mission is omni-directional real-time monitoring of oil tank’s fluid position, the temperature, the pressure and the HIMS oil tank data processing; It will implementer real-time monitoring to 1# pump house oil pump operating condition, and implement the electric control operation as well as the long-distance linkage control operation with the oil jetty fuel oils provide to the oil pump export; It will realize the irrigation area fuel oils receiving and dispatching business management online, and composite east pot area fuel depot integrated management system local area network with monitoring server.
