基于PLC的温度控制系统设计
[摘要] 温度控制系统的应用领域相当广泛,比如:工业上的电加热炉炉温控制系统、通风系统、家居中的供暖制冷都运用到温度控制系统。温度控制精度成为影响产品和实验结果的重要因素。在温度控制中,可编程控制器具有高可靠性、抗干扰能力强、易于监控和调试,采用可编程控制器控制是一种优越的控制方式。本文介绍了基于可编程控制器ControlLogix 和查看FactoryTalk View SE组态界面软件的电加热炉炉温度控制系统的方案。硬件方面采用了CPU型号1769、电源、机架背板、通讯模块CNBR/E、I/O模块、热电偶和调功器。用热电偶对温度信号进行采集,把数据送入AI模块点后进行数据处理。在中央处理器中,通过采用粗调微调思想,可以根据不同的温度要求,控制功率调节器,实现对电加热炉温度的控制。实验可以通过人机界面(HMI)进行温度显示以及温度报警,也可以绘制温度变化曲线,对用户来说可以更直观地查询PLC的运行情况、更方便了数据采集以及在线控制。实验结果表明,选用可编程控制器的温度控制系统具备响应快、超调量小、调节精度高、控制精度高等特点,组态软件FactoryTalk View SE功能强大,操作方便,有助于系统的监视和控制。

The design of the temperature control system based on PLC
[Abstract] Temperature control system application is widely used, such as: industrial electric heating furnace temperature control system, ventilation system, the heating and cooling in household is applied to the temperature control system.Temperature control precision of products and the results will have a significant impact.In the temperature control, programmable controller with high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, easy to monitor and debug, controlled by programmable controller is a kind of superior control mode.ControlLogix were introduced in this paper based on programmable controller and View the FactoryTalk View SE configuration interface software of electric heating furnace temperature control system.Hardware USES a model 1769 CPU, power supply, rack back, the communication module of CNBR/E and I/O module, thermocouple and dynamometer.Using thermocouple temperature signal acquisition, putting data into AI module after data processing.In the CPU through the PID algorithm, based on the idea of coarse and fine tune, can be used according to different temperature requirements of different PID parameters, control the dynamometer, the control system for the electric heating furnace temperature.Experiments can be through the human-machine interface (HMI) temperature display and alarm temperature, also can draw temperature change curve, can be more intuitive for users to query the PLC operation, more convenient for data acquisition and control online.The experimental results show that the programmable controller of temperature control system has fast response, less overshoot and adjust the characteristics of high precision and high control precision, configuration software FactoryTalk View SE powerful, easy to operate, help to monitor and control system.
