龙门铣床PLC控制设计
摘要:近些年伴随着电子与信息技术的成长,为我国机床加工设备的现代化提供了特别棒的技术支撑。为了充分利用设备的效率,并快速提高加工的工艺和准确度,越来越多的企业每年投入大量的资金和技术来进行技术改造,取得了非常不错的效果。
按照以前的继电器控制系统故障特点,龙门铣床电气控制系统采取技术改造,将可编程逻辑控制器代替原来的继电器、指令系统、可编程逻辑控制器(可编程控制器)、梯形图设计更加简洁高效,摆脱复杂的逻辑关系。
基于 PLC的电气控制系统,无论是对于新式机床电气控制系统的计划和建设,还是对于于数控机床的二次开发和控制功能,根据差别的控制要求,修改相应的程序即可满足,具有极高的灵活性和功能扩展性,这才是真正适合数控系统的发展趋势。

PLC control design of Longmen milling machine
Abstract :With the development of electron and communication,the technology sustainability has provided for our machine tools equipment modernization. More and more financing and technology are ploughed into the traditional machine in order to exert efficiency and prompt precision rapidly,acquiring a successful result.
Pointed at the weakness of traditional relay type control systems, the electric control system of milling machine Longmen was reformed, replacing the relay with PLC. Using the PLC plentiful commands,simplifies the ladder’s design and makes the ladder break away from complex logical relation.
The PLC’s electric control system,can be used both in design of the new machine’s control systems and the machine’s NC reform or second development control function. To counter different control requirements,revise relevant procedures to realize the goal. With high flexibility and the function’s development, it is possible to conform to the tendency of NC system’s open character.
