数控直流稳压电源的设计
摘要:由于当下电子产品的细致与广泛使用性,对稳压电源的要求越来越高,过去的低功率、低精确、体积较大的电源已不能满足人们日益增长的需要。本设计基于此制作了更加简单、方便、安全性更可靠地数控直流稳压电源。本系统以AT89S52单片机为控制中心,通过按键以0.1v为步进电压,可稳定输出0—10v电压值,并且电路具有过流、过载保护,使之能更好的符合人们的需求。
数控直流稳压电源是能用数字信号来控制输出的直流电压的大小,而且操作简单,可远程操控,输出电压可通过数码管显示;本文详细介绍了数模转换器、数码显示屏以及单片机的功能使用,并分析了电源整体电路,最后给出了硬件电路的设计以及主要的软件流程。

Design of digital controlled DC regulated power supply
Abstract :Due to the detailed and extensive use of electronic products, the demand for power supply is becoming more and more high. In the past, the power supply with low power, low precision and large volume can not meet the growing needs of people. The design is based on the production of a more simple, convenient, more reliable and more reliable digital control DC power supply. This system take AT89S52 monolithic integrated circuit as the control center, through the keys to 0.1V step into voltage, stable output 0 – 10V voltage and circuit with over current protection, overload protection, so that it can better meet the people’s needs.
Digital control DC regulated power supply is able to use digital signal to control the output of the DC voltage of the size, and the operation is simple, can be remote control, the output voltage can be displayed through the digital tube; are introduced in detail in this paper digital to analog converter, digital display and the function of MCU, and analysis of the power supply of the whole circuit, finally, the design of hardware circuit and the main software process.
