液晶屏老化台温度控制系统设计
[摘要] 在近些年来,关于单片机的使用越来越多,越来越广泛,单片机行业发展也逐渐加快,应用单片机使生活变得更加方便和便利。在工业作业中对各种仪器的控制和各种各样的检查仪表中,智能的仪器和仪表必然是传统仪器仪表的发展方向,科技在发展,在创新,需求也就越来越多,所以对事物的要求也就变得越来越高了。本设计中主要介绍了一款基于AT89C51 单片机的液晶屏老化台温度控制系统,主要用于监测液晶屏的质量和使用寿命。本文概述了用温度传感器 PT100、单片机和继电器等元件设计测温控制系统的过程。对于PT100在单片机下的硬件连接,软件编程和各种控制模块系统流程都进行了详尽的分析,从基本上研究了LCD模块老化台的工作原理和设计的过程,本设计采用主从式的工作模式,根据多CPU个结构特点,针对不同种类的液晶屏,可以设置老化的温度、时间、可调电源等。老化试验的原理是在高温环境下输入被检测的电信号,经过转换器的转换之后传入系统的控制系统,然后做出判断,就是让LCD模块在高温的条件下通电来检测被测量液晶屏的显示状况,这样我们就可以及早发现未出厂的液晶屏的不良点,及时作出相应的处理,增加企业的信誉度。通过这个可靠性试验能够保证液晶屏的使用寿命和在规定的使用条件下提高产品质量的稳定性。本设计介绍的老化台意在解决液晶屏的老化、稳定性和可靠性的问题,并且提高液晶产品的合格几率,加强企业的生产管理和企业的竞争能力。通过一系列的试验证明本系统结构合理,系统性能可靠,并且经济性良好,具有保证液晶屏质量的条件。

For PT100 in single-chip microcomputer hardware connection, software programming and a variety of control module system processes are carried out a detailed analysis, from the basic studied aging machine. The working principle and design process of the LCD module, the design adopts a master-slave mode, according to the multi CPU structure characteristics, for different kinds of LCD screen can set aging temperature, time, power. Aging testing principle is under the high temperature environment input tested the electrical signals, after converter afferent System control system, then make a judgment is to make LCD module under the conditions of high temperature energized to detect the measured liquid crystal screen display condition, so that we can early detection not factory of the LCD screen and the abnormal, timely appropriate treatment, increase the enterprise reputation. Through the reliability test to ensure the service life of the liquid crystal screen and under specified conditions improve the stability of product quality. The design of aging, such as Taiwan is intended to solve the aging of the LCD screen, stability and reliability problems and improve LCD product qualified rate, strengthen the competition ability of the enterprise production management and enterprise.
