摘要:随着人类社会物质生活水平的提高,对织物的需求也越来越大,所以织物酸洗工艺的研究也更为重要。本文简要介绍了酸洗工艺的基本过程,以及此课题的国内外发展情况,并设计一种自动控制织物酸洗过程中溶液浓度的系统。该设计以AT89C51为主要芯片,酸度值采样部分采用了高精度酸度传感器T16,酸度传感器检测酸洗槽内溶液酸浓度,并通过A/D转换芯片ADC0809将信号传递给单片机,且设有当酸浓度超标时的自动报警功能,并设计键盘电路来实现人为设置酸浓度控制范围的功能,经过控制算法,通过继电器和电磁阀控制酸溶液的输出,系统显示模块采用LCD1602液晶显示屏。本文还简要说明了系统控制主程序,初始化子程序以及采样程序等程序设计。该系统硬件结构简便,软件结构精准,稳定性高。

Design of controlling system of fabric pickling process
Abstract:As the improvement of material living standards of humen society,the demend forfabric has also been increased,therefore the study on technology of fabric acid-refined has been become more important.The basic process of acid-refined technology is introduced briefly in thispaper.AT89C51 is the major chip in the design work,equipped with I/O connector,power sourse and circuits,and has designed the system of automatical control on concentration of solution in the acid-refined process of fabric.Concentrations of acid in the pickling groove can be tested by acidity infection ,and through the A/D shift transfers signal to the SCM,at the same time,it has the automatical alarming function which is designed for the condition of concentration of acid gets out of specification.And equipped with circuits of keyboard,is able to artificially control the range of concentration of acid,after controlling algorithm,control of the output of the acid solution through the relay and solenoidvalve.The hardware construction of this system is simple and convenient,meanwhile,has high stability.
