摘 要
人体除湿系统是一个比较新颖的产品概念,其设计目的是为了解决现今公共游泳馆、大型水上游乐园没有科学、合理的人体干燥设施,导致大部分人游泳过后只能通过公用浴巾擦拭身体,从而造成人与人、人与浴巾之间大量病菌传染的问题。针对这一问题设计一款科学、安全、卫生的快速干燥装置。该产品设计主要涉及几个设计重点:送风装置确定、加热装置选择、降噪方案和外观设计方案;并完成控制系统设计。
本文系统全面的介绍了该产品设计的完整过程、考虑到的主要问题及解决办法。重点研究了项目涉及到的四个设计重点,通过对比分析,多方面综合验证,确定其最佳设计方案,完成整体设计要求,并论证其可行性,最后通过对重要部件的模拟仿真证明方案的可靠性。为实际操作提供理论参考。

Abstract: Human body dehumidification system is a relatively new product concept. It is designed to solve the problem that most public swimming pool and large water park don`t have a rational body dehumidification facility, this status quo makes most people have to use the public bath towel to wipe their body after swimming , so resulting in a large number of bacterium infection problems. The system is designed at this present to solve this problem and invention a rational body dehumidification facility. The product is designed mainly involved four design focus: determine of the blowing device, selection of the heating device, work out the noise reduction scheme and exterior design scheme; and design of the control system.
In this paper we presented the complete product design process, taking into account the main problems and the solutions. And focus on the four design points to determine its design, demonstrate its feasibility, determine the final scheme, and provide a theoretical reference for the actual operation.
