智能多功能电量测量仪
[摘要] 近年来,单片机被广泛地应用到工业控制和各种测量仪表中。智能化的仪器仪表是传统的仪器仪表发展的必然方向。随着社会对电力需求量的不断增长,电能紧缺问题口趋严重,极大地制约着社会经济的发展。为做到节约电能并合理高效地利用电能,这就需要对电量参数进行准确、实时地检测,因此,对测试计量仪器也提出了越来越高的要求。许多工业设备在运行过程中,需要对其进行实时在线测量,随时了解其各种电量参数。所以电力系统以及电力用户都迫切需要一种安全可靠、实时快速的电量综合检测仪器,有效地对电量参数进行测试。例如企业供电线路的电压、电流、频率、功率因数、有功功率、无功功率等参数的检测是掌握企业供电线路和设备运行状态的从础,有些参数还是企业保证功率补偿有效性和合理性的决策依据。电量测量仪是可用于电测实验室、电能表校验设备和精密计量检测的多功能综合测量精准仪器,能够测定上述各项电参数。
本论文介绍了以AT89C52单片机为核心开发的智能电量测量系统。该系统利用了高精度A /D转换器、自动量程转换技术、自校准技术及电参量算法,还使用了进制数间的转换及数的计算算法系统相比,与同类系统相比,本系统具有结构简单,操作方便,成本低廉,调试方便,控制精准,抗干扰能力强等特点。

Detection of parameters such as enterprise power supply circuit of voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active power, no power etc. is master of the enterprise for the operation state of electric lines and equipment from the foundation, some parameters or the enterprise guarantee power compensation effectiveness and rationality of the decision-making basis. Electricity meter is used in electrical measurement laboratories, electric energy meter calibration equipment and precision measuring of multifunctional comprehensive measuring precision instrument to determination of the electrical parameters of the.
This paper introduces the AT89C52 microcontroller as the core of the development of intelligent power measurement system. The system use high precision A / D converter and automatic range conversion technology and self calibration technology and electrical parameter algorithm, conversion between hexadecimal number and the number of the computing system algorithm compared to compared with similar systems, this system has simple structure, convenient operation, low cost, convenient debugging, control precision, anti-interference ability strong characteristics.
