自动药片装瓶机PLC控制系统设计
摘要：自动药片装瓶机，是将圆型片、异形片、胶囊、软胶囊、丸剂等各种粒状药片进行计数、装瓶的专用设备，本控制系统采用S7-300PLC技术，实现装瓶机的启动、停止以及工作过程中能改变装填粒数的功能，使装瓶机的自动化功能得以实现。经过分析装瓶机控制系统工艺过程和控制要求的基础上, 再上机进行模拟调试,调出来的结果与实际控制要求达到一致。此装瓶机控制系统具有装瓶速度快、线路简洁、数量显示功能、可靠好、控制灵活、使用性强的优点。

Abstract： Automatic tablets bottling machine, round type, special-shaped tablets, capsule, soft capsule, pills and other various granular pill counting, bottle of special equipment and the control system uses PLC technology, bottling machine to start, stop and the working process can change the function of the filled grain number, the bottling machine automation functions can be realized. After analyzing the bottling machine control system process and control requirements, by the computer for simulation debugging, tune out the results and the actual control requirements to reach consensus. The bottling machine control system with bottling speed quick, concise line, to display the number of functions, good reliability and flexible control, use the advantages of strong.
