摘要

随着科学技术的发展，尤其是IT互联网的发展，使信息化时代逐渐代替了上世纪的工业化时代，互联网的高速发展，改变了众多行业的格局，使人们的生活进入高速、方便快捷的节奏，实验室器材管理也不例外。近年来，随着实验室器材管理的发展以及实验室器材管理范围的增广，无疑增加了实验室器材管理机构与工作人员的压力。通过几年的资料收集以及调查研究，实验室器材管理部门已经拥有了非常丰富的实验室器材管理数据，但以前的管理都是通过人工的去巡查、管理等，这种传统的管理方法与现在高速发展的互联网状况已经严重不能适应，在目前的实验室器材管理中已经显得困难重重，没有发挥应有的作用。近年为了健全和完善我校实验室器材的管理体制，充分发挥实验室器材管理的优势，提高用户发展水平，促进实验室器材管理活动向健康、文明、向上的方向发展，特制定本管理办法。实现信息化建设，使管理手段逐步走向数字化、智能化、现代化。依靠信息化建设的现代化管理系统是实验室器材管理系统逐步完善、规范和成熟应用的必然发展趋势。

本管理系统是针对目前实验室器材管理的实际需求，从实际工作出发，在分析以前实验室器材管理系统中存在问题的基础上，结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，并利用计算机运算速度快、存储信息容量大、处理逻辑问题强、功能强大的优势，采用目前最流行的B/S结构和JSP中流行的MVC三层设计模式。本实验室器材管理系统主要包括登陆模块、登陆模块、系统用户管理模块、用户信息管理模块、学生信息管理模块、班级信息管理模块、课程信息管理模块、学生成绩管理模块、系统管理模块等多个模块。它帮助实验室器材管理实现了信息化、网络化，通过测试，实现了系统设计目标，相比传统得管理模式，本系统合理的利用了实验室器材管理实验室器材管理数据资源，有效的减少了实验室器材管理的经济投入，大大提高了实验室器材管理的效率。

In recent years, in order to improve and perfect the management system of experiment equipment of our school, give full play to the advantages of the experimental equipment, improve teachers’ level of development, promote the experiment equipment activities to develop in the direction of healthy, civilized, and progressive, formulates this management approach. Realizing the construction of informatization, we will make the management means digital, intelligent and modern. Relying on the modern management system of informationization is the inevitable trend of the gradual improvement, standardization and mature application of experimental equipment management system.
