水灾救援管理系统
摘要:随着科技的飞速发展,计算机已经广泛的应用于各个领域之中,而且日趋普及。在领域内,计算机的应用已经十分广泛,各种智能设备都与计算机紧密结合在一起,主要应用于两个方面:一是设备的智能化,以硬件为主。另一种是管理系统的软件建设,以提高水灾救援管理系统的现代化管理形象。
本文研究的水灾救援管理系统基于当前较为流行的B/S结构,采用Java技术和mysql数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统,实现了不同权限的用户登录,包括管理员:用户权限管理、紧急呼救管理、信息管理、决策管理、指挥调度管理、评估管理、系统管理,人员:个人资料管理、紧急呼救管理、设备管理、指挥调度管理、现场情况管理、系统管理,用户:个人资料、紧急呼救、系统管理等功能。本系统经过测试,运行效果稳定,操作方便、快捷,是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高,并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的水灾救援管理系统。
本论文主要讲述了水灾救援管理系统开发背景,对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求,然后对水灾救援管理系统进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的问题。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的水灾救援管理系统管理状况,提高工作效率。

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology, computer has been widely used in various fields, and increasingly popular. In the field of transportation, the application of computer has been very extensive, all kinds of intelligent transportation equipment and computer are closely combined together, mainly used in two aspects: one is the intelligent equipment, mainly hardware. The other is the software construction of the management system to improve the modern management image of Harbin metro emergency rescue management system.
Based on the popular B/S structure, the Harbin metro emergency rescue management system studied in this paper is developed and designed with Java technology and mysql database. Through this system, realized the different permissions of the user login, including administrator: user rights management, emergency management, emergency command dispatching management information management, emergency decision-making management, assessment, emergency management, system management, emergency personnel: personal information management, emergency management, emergency equipment management, command scheduling management, site management, system management, user: personal information, emergency call, system management, and other functions. The system has been tested, the operation effect is stable, easy to operate, fast, is a comprehensive function, practicability, high security, and has a good expansibility, maintainability of Harbin metro emergency rescue management system.
