随着科技的进步，办公自动化以及网络平台运用的频繁性，各种教学网站的建立趋势已经越来越趋于明显。作为一个以传播知识为主要职能的机构—学校，建立一个自己的精品教学网站是十分必要的事情，这不仅能使更多的人享用宝贵的教育资料源，同时也对于提升学校自身的知名度，提高学生自学能力，有相当大的帮助。网上教学具有时效性、共享性、交互性和个别化等诸多特点，它有着传统教学模式无可比拟的优点，为此开发和设计《操作系统》教学网站。本网站内容丰富，包含了资源下载和课程教学等，并有在线留言功能实现用户间的交流。
本系统是在Windows XP环境下，采用B/S结构，以MySQL为数据库开发平台，采用JSP技术开发的。系统分前台和后台两大部分，前台由用户使用，主要包括用户注册等功能模块；后台部分由管理员使用，主要包括系统用户管理等功能模块。

Abstract
With the progress of science and technology, the frequency of office automation and network platform use, the establishment of various teaching website trend has been more obvious. As a transmission of knowledge as the main functions of the institutions – schools, establish an own excellent teaching website is very necessary thing, which not only make more people access to valuable educational information sources, but also for enhancing the visibility of their schools, improve students’ self-study ability, there is a big help. Online teaching has timeliness, sharing, interactive and many of the characteristics of the individual, it has a advantage there is nothing comparable to this traditional teaching mode, so the development and design of “operating system” teaching website. This website contains rich content, download resources and curriculum teaching, and online message function to realize the communication between the user.
This system is under Windows XP environment, using B/S structure, using MySQL database development platform, using JSP technology development. The system is divided into two parts, the onstage and the backstage, front desk by the users, including user registration and other functions; background in part by the administrators, including user management system function module.
