二十一世纪进入信息发展高速路，信息化革命给所有服务领域带来新的发展。随着腾讯游戏的兴起，越来越多的人走进了腾讯游戏，而传统的管理模式已不能适应现代腾讯会员信息管理的发展趋势，如何增强会员的内部管理和完善客户服务，成了会员管理系统发展的当务之急。
本文阐述了会员管理系统的设计与实现，本系统采用java+mysql作为开发工具。主要实现功能包括：前台：系统简介、用户注册、游戏资讯、港币充值、港币兑换、游戏信息、在线留言等，管理员：系统管理员、游戏资讯管理、客服信息管理、港币充值管理、港币兑换管理、游戏信息管理、系统管理等功能。本系统操作简单，界面友好。
本论文主要讲述了会员管理系统开发背景，对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求，然后对会员管理系统进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的问题。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的会员信息管理状况，提高管理效率。
