摘 要
随着社会的进步和国民经济的持续发展，人们生活水平的逐步提高，对服务的快捷、便利性的要求也越来越高。为适应和推动公众养老机构网上预订服务的发展，各机构开始广泛采用计算机管理系统，推出网上查询，预订服务，大大减轻了用户搜寻养老服务机构信息的工作复杂度，提高了服务工作效率，而且能够在很大程度上减少用户查询机构信息所耗费的时间和由此而带给用户的疲劳，为广大用户提供了更加快捷、优质、有序的服务，提高了公众养老服务网上预订服务的整体水平。
公众养老服务系统网上预订对传统的管理模式具有不可比拟的优点，它凭借其信息更新速度快，信息存储量大，安全性高，使用操作简便等特点为用户的查询预订带来了极大的方便。随着社会的不断发展，物质已经满足人们的需要，国家对老年人的生活质量要求提高，公众养老服务网上预订系统在养老服务事业发展中必将发挥越来越大的作用。
有鉴于简单操作和界面的可视化的优势。并借助于网络的优势。本系统采用Asp.Net语言，后端采用的是SQL Server 2000 数据库来完成公众养老服务网上预订系统的设计与实现,通过数据操作模块能对本系统的相关信息进行各种操作，界面直观简洁。

Abstract
With social progress and sustainable development of the national economy, people’s living standards gradually improved, quick service, the convenience of the increasingly high requirements.
