摘 要
随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，任何一个单位要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。
本文介绍了在ASP.net环境下采用“自上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发一个管理信息系统的过程。文章介绍了校园综合管理系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析、业务流程分析等；系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计及代码设计；系统实现部分说明了几个主要模块的算法，本系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。

Abstract
Is getting more and more thorough along with the information technology in the management and the widespread application, management information system’s implementation technically already gradually maturely. The management information system is the new discipline which develops unceasingly, any unit must survive must develop, wants the high efficiency organically to organize the internal activity, must establish the management information system which adapts with own characteristic.
This article introduced uses “from the top downward the overall plan under the ASP.net environment, applies the development from bottom to top” the strategy develops a management information system’s process. The article introduced the campus integrated management system’s system analysis part, including feasibility analysis, operation flow analysis and so on; The system design part mainly introduced the system function design and the database design and the code design; The system realized the part to explain several main module’s algorithms, this system contact surface was friendly, the simplicity of operator, was quite practical.
