摘 要
随着互联网的迅速发展，跟网络技术与应用这一领域有关的网络课程不断涌现出来。如何使这些网络课程能够实现对自身教学资源进行有效的统一管理成了一个迫切需要解决的问题。本设计就是为此而作，本文主要总结了已有的同类型网络课程资源管理系统的优点与缺点，阐释了本研究的重要性和必要性，对网络课程中的资源管理系统的需求进行了分析，给出了关键功能模块的数据流图，介绍了ASP.NET的技术优势，并论述了应用ASP.NET技术开发一个高效、可靠、通用、基于信息资源建设规范的网络课程资源管理系统的方法与技术，以解决同类型网络课程所面临的教学资源管理问题。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the Internet, network technology and application to the field of network course, arise. How to make these network course can realize to your own teaching resources for effective and unified management became an urgent need to address the problem. This design is made for this purpose, this paper mainly summarizes the same type of existing network course resource management system the advantages and disadvantages of this research, this article explains the significance and necessity of the management of resources in the network course system demand, this paper analyzes the key function module, introduces the data flow graph asp.net technology advantage, and discusses the application of asp.net technology development an efficient, reliable, gm, based on the information resource construction standard network curriculum resource management system methods and techniques to solve the same type of network course teaching resource management faced.
