刑事案件信息管理系统设计与实现
——基于asp.net+sqlserver+iis
【摘要】随着我国现阶段市场经济的高速发展，社会结构的不断变化和人口的剧烈流动，各种各样的案件不断增加，这样造成的积案也越来越多，刑事犯罪分子的作案手段越来越丰富，其反侦察的能力越来越强，公安机关的工作面临着更加严峻的挑战!为适应我国在现代经济和社会条件下实现动态管打击犯罪的需要，刑事案件信息管理系统的开发就是
公安信息化建设的核心内容。
刑事案件信息管理系统的设计是基于asp.net技术+sqlserver数据库+iis服务器的方式设计，以vs2010和dreamweaver为开发工具，并运用Photoshop CS6技术美化网页，辅之以CSS技术。系统是基于面向对象编程的web应用程序。本系统是根据刑事案件管理等相关的业务流程设计并实现。过去使用传统人工的方式管理刑事案件，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。如今采用计算机进行信息化数据管理和展示，提高了管理的方便性、安全性等，也适应了当今社会信息化高速发展的特征。
