企业人事管理系统的设计与实现
在如今飞速发展的信息时代，每个行业的问题处理都离不开信息处理。信息化时代进程的加快，使得计算机的应用也越来越多，并且将计算机运用于企业人事管理也是非常重要的。大量企业将人事管理投入使用后，增加了管理者的工作范围。企业人事管理除了要对人事信息和员工信息进行管理外，还要了解清楚人事管理的类型、人事管理的提交与审核以及完善员工和企业的基本信息等方面的具体信息。方便管理员对其进行有效的管理，以方便其他人员的查看。为了有效的提高企业人事的整体管理水平，全方位的认识和了解企业人事管理则显得尤为重要。在信息化时代的不断冲击下，企业人事管理与计算机技术的结合，将会是一条提高企业人事管理水平的捷径。
该毕业设计采用ASP.NET的三层架构模型，基于Browser/Server结构，在Visual Studio开发工具下，把C#作为开发语言，SQL Server作为数据库，按照软件工程的方法开发企业人事管理系统。系统主要分为登录功能、退出功能、系统用户管理、员工信息管理、部门信息管理、培训信息管理、招聘信息管理、员工奖罚管理、员工考勤管理、员工工资管理、系统管理等模块。将其使用在企业人事管理中，不仅能够提高人事管理中管理员的工作效率，而且可以使企业的人事管理更加科学与规范。

ABSTRACT
In today’s rapid development of information age, each problem cannot leave the information processing industry. Enterprise personnel management in addition to manage the personnel information and employee information, to know the type of personnel management, personnel management to submit and review and improve the basic information of the staff and enterprise specific information. In order to effectively improve the level of the whole management of the personnel, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the business enterprise personal management is particularly important. The graduation design adopts three layer architecture model of ASP.NET, based on Browser/Server structure, under the Visual Studio development tool, use c # as development language, SQL Server as the database, according to the method of software engineering development enterprise personnel management system. System is mainly divided into the login function, exit function, the system user management, employee information management, department of information management, recruitment, training, information management information management, staff rewards and punishment management, attendance management, employee salary management, system management module, etc. Its use in the business enterprise personal management, not only can enhance the administrator of the personnel management work efficiency, and can make the enterprise personnel management more scientific and standard.
