摘 要
库存现金是企业流动性最强的资产。对于维持企业正常的生产经营管理具有重要作用，但当前企事业库存现金管理中存在诸多问题及现状，这给企业经营管理带来了损失。本文详细分析库存现金管理中存在的随意使用现金、白条抵库、无库存限额等问题。针对这些问题，文章提出这些问题、出现的原因以及一系列对策。

Abstract
