近年来随着时代的进步和我国科技的飞速发展。计算机信息技术发展迅猛，计算机应用的行业也越来越广泛，比如计算机可以用来大数据量的计算，计算机可以用来运行一些管理软件，比如学院管理软件，项目管理软件，学籍等等。而随着生活水平的提高，经济的迅速发展，我们所用的学籍信息管理系统也越来越丰富，随之带来的是学籍管理也越来越复杂。
本文研究的学籍信息管理系统是基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用java技术和mysaql数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统，实现了不同权限的用户登录，包括管理员、学生和教师、学生。学生：教务公告、学籍信息、课表查询、身体素质信息、成绩查询、密码修改。管理员：学科管理、班级管理、教师管理、学籍信息管理、课表管理、身体素质管理、教务公告。教师：教务公告、成绩管理。本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷，是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高，并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的学籍信息管理系统。
