浅谈全面预算管理在企业中的应用——以京东商城为例
中文摘要:全面预算管理将企业视为一个整体,让所有职能部门和所属单位的子目标与企业整体目标趋同,从而使得投资者的战略决策与经营者的管理行为相一致。这种管理格局将企业各职能部门的管理工作和所属单位的生产经营活动贯穿起来,从而提高企业整体的管理效率和经济效益。本文主要以京东商城为例浅谈了全面预算在电子商务型企业中的基本状况,给出了全面预算的基本定义,与基本特点的阐述,突出了全面预算在电子商务型企业存在的不够成熟、长期发展战略不衔接、过于依赖财务数据、缺乏系统性、网络化跟进不够等问题,在人才队伍建设,网络系统建设,以及管理系统建设,给出了一些基本建议与解决方法。展现了全面预算在电子商务型企业的愿景。

Abstract:with a new perspective and approach to management, this is the comprehensive budget management. Comprehensive budget management of the enterprise as a whole, let all the functional departments and their subordinate units of the sub goal and enterprise overall goal of convergence, so that investors’ strategic decision making and management act. The management pattern of enterprises will be the functional departments of the management work and the production and operation activities, in order to improve the whole efficiency of management and economic benefits. This paper mainly in Jingdong Mall as an example of the comprehensive budget management in electronic business enterprises of the basic conditions, gives a comprehensive budget basic definitions, and the basic features are described, highlighting the comprehensive budget management in electronic business enterprises are not mature enough, and long term development strategy does not converge, overly dependent on financial data, the lack of systematic, network follow up is insufficient wait for a problem, the talent team construction, construction of the network system, and management system construction, gives some basic suggestions and solutions. Show the comprehensive budget management in electronic business enterprise vision.
