摘 要
在西方发达国家的经济发展历程中，企业兼并贯穿其中，发挥了不可替代的重要作用。企业兼并作为时代的产物，对我国国民经济的发展产生了巨大的影响。企业兼并在我国的发展时间并不长，还仍处于初步探索阶段。通过借鉴发达国家的成熟理论，结合我国的实际国情企业兼并已经有了迅猛的发展。但是，对企业兼并过程中遇到的财务决策的研究还很滞后。本文则就财务决策在企业兼并过程中的意义做了简单的探索。

Abstract
In the western developed countries economic development history, the enterprise merger perforative among them, played an irreplaceable role. Enterprise merger as the product of the era, to economic development in China has had a huge impact. Enterprise merger in the development of our country is not a long time, is still in the initial stage of exploration. In the developed countries for reference through the mature theory and combining with the actual condition of our country enterprise merger already has a rapid development. But, to the enterprise merger encountered in the process of financial decision-making’s research also very lag. This paper is just financial decision-making in the enterprise merger in the process of the significance to a simple exploration.
