事业单位财务管理的问题及措施
随着市场经济的逐步完善，经济改革的不断变化，财务管理在企业外部环境也发生了根本的变化，其资金渠道、服务对象、服务方式与过去有很大的不同。因此，事业单位的财务管理要适应新的形势，必须从内容管理、管理要素、管理层面上的创新，以便更好地适应社会经济发展。本文以贵州省从江县城建局为例，说明事业单位财务管理的问题并提出相应措施。

Abstract
With the gradual perfection of market economy, economic reform unceasingly changes, the financial management in the enterprise external environment has also undergone a fundamental change, its capital channel, service object, service mode and the past are very different. Therefore, the financial management of the institution is to adapt to the new situation, must from content management, management, management level of innovation, in order to better adapt to the development of social economy. This paper takes Guizhou Province County Urban Construction Bureau as an example, illustrate the problem of financial management of institution and puts forward the corresponding measures.
