我国企业财务管理的内部环境研究
摘要：本文分析了财务管理的内部和外部环境，及其对财务管理模式的影响。其中内部环境包括经济环境、经济政策环境、市场环境、金融环境、法律环境和科学环境；外部环境包括企业经营组织形式、企业管理体制、企业管理水平和企业生产经营状况。研究融资环境，明确企业的财务管理环境的实际状况和发展趋势，掌握企业的财务活动的有利条件和不利条件，为企业的财务决策提供充分可靠的依据，并提出了相应的对策，提高财务工作对环境的适应能力和运用能力，实现企业财务管理目标起着非常重要的作用。研究财务环境以便为提出优化财务管理的对策打好基础。

Our country enterprise financial management the internal environment of research
Abstract: this paper analyzes the financial management of the internal and external environment， and the influence of financial management mode. Among them the internal environment including economic environment， economic policy environment， market environment， financial environment， legal environment and scientific environment； External environment including enterprise management system， enterprise management organization， enterprise production and management status and the management level of the enterprise. Research financing environment， making clear of the enterprise financial management environment the reality of the situation and the development trend， and grasp the financial activities in the favorable and unfavorable conditions， for enterprise’s financial decision provides fully reliable basis， and put forward the corresponding countermeasure， and enhance the financial work adaptation to the environment ability and using ability， to realize the enterprise financial management goal plays a very important role. The financial environment so as to optimize the financial management countermeasures put forward a good foundation.
