内容摘要：伴随着市场经济的不断发展，中小企业应运而生，成为了整体经济结构中不可或缺的一环，起到的作用也越发明显；与此同时，随着世界经济的一体化，经济亦受到不稳定的影响，在此负面影响与中小企业的原有问题共同作用下，对于中小企业的研究成为了一个全球性的课题，也成为了一个持续性的课题。说他是个全球性的课题，是因为在地球上每一个国家都存在着中小企业，说他是个持续性课题，是指从诞生至今到未来，中小企业都将存在。
然而，随着中小企业体制优势的消失，管理水平的不足，劳动成本的增加，资金困难、负担过重等问题现象，使得中小企业中资产管理成本过大，造成了影响企业生存的问题，因此中小企业中资产管理与财务管理的协调问题就成为了不可不解决的问题。
由于资产管理主要是对资产的实物管理，而财务管理侧重的是综合价值管理，因此资产管理与财务管理的协调即体现在了资产的实物管理与价值管理的协调与有机结合。因此，本文通过研究中小企业资产管理即实物管理与财务管理即价值管理的协调问题作为切入点展开理论分析，最终得出改进的策略与结论。

Abstract: Along with the continuous development of market economy, small and medium enterprises came into being and became part of an integral part of the overall economic structure. So the role of the SMEs is more obvious. At the same time, with the integration of world economy, China’s economy also affected by the destabilizing effect of the world’s economy. Therefore, because of the affection and the original question of SMEs, the problem of SMEs becomes a global and persistent issue. It is a global issue, that is to say, because every country on Earth, the small and medium-sized enterprises is existed. Otherwise, it is a persistent issue that since the birth of SMEs to the future, SMEs will be existed for a long time.
However, with the disappearance of the institutional advantages of SMEs, the low level of management, the increase in labor costs, financial difficulties, the excessive burden and too much phenomena, the cost of asset management in small and medium-sized enterprises is too large, which is resulting in problems that affect the survival of enterprises. So co-ordination of asset management and financial management in the small and medium-sized enterprises become the problem that must be solved.
Because asset management is a style which is physical management of assets and the focus of financial management is a comprehensive value management, the coordination of asset management and financial management is reflected in the coordination and organic combination with physical management of assets and value management. Therefore, this article through the study of asset management for SMEs namely physical management and financial management, value management, coordination problems as a starting point expand the theoretical analysis, and ultimately concluded.
