考勤系统
摘要:随着科技的飞速发展,计算机已经广泛的应用于各个领域之中,而且日趋普及。在考勤管理领域内,计算机的应用已经十分广泛,各种智能设备都与计算机紧密结合在一起,主要应用于两个方面:一是以管理为主。另一种是软件的建设,以提高考勤系统的形象。
本文研究的考勤系统基于当前较为流行的B/S结构,采用java技术和MYSQL数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统,实现了不同权限的职工登录,包括职工和管理员。管理员:部门管理、职工管理、培训管理、公告管理、招聘管理、系统设置、休假管理、签到统计、工资管理。职工:系统设置、招聘信息、公告信息、培训信息、休假信息、我的签到、工资查询等功能。本系统经过测试,运行效果稳定,操作方便、快捷,是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高,并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的考勤系统。
本论文主要讲述了考勤系统开发背景,对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求,然后对考勤系统进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的问题。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的考勤系统管理状况,提高效率。

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology, computer has been widely used in various fields and is becoming more and more popular. In the field of attendance management, the application of computer has been very extensive, all kinds of intelligent equipment are closely combined with the computer, mainly used in two aspects: one is management. Another is the construction of software to improve the image of the attendance system.
This paper studies the attendance system based on the current popular B/S structure, using Java technology and MYSQL database development design. Through this system, realized the user login of different authority, including worker and administrator. Administrator: department management, staff management, training management, announcement management, recruitment management, system setup, leave management, check-in statistics, salary management. Staff: system setup, recruitment information, announcement information, training information, vacation information, my check-in, salary query and other functions. This system through the test, the operation effect is stable, the operation is convenient, is quick, is a function comprehensive, the practicability is good, the security is high, and has the good expandability, the maintainability attendance system.
This paper mainly describes the development background of the attendance system, the system to do a detailed demand analysis and functional requirements, and then the attendance system testing and summary. Business process, system structure and database design. Hope to use advanced computer technology and network technology to change the current attendance management system, improve efficiency.
