摘 要
今天的酒店企业面临更为激烈的市场竞争,酒店企业的各级管理者都清醒地认识到,竞争的实质是企业管理水平的竞争,服务质量和工作质量的竞争,说到底是人才的竞争。面对激烈的市场竞争环境,提高管理水平和管理水平迫在眉睫。本文在理论与实践相结合的基础理论和实践写作思路的基础上,分析了酒店诚信管理的现状和主要问题,在此基础上,对管理层进行了优化设计,并提出了改进措施。为我国饭店业人力资源管理提供一些理论和实践意义,以及我国饭店业的发展模式日趋成熟具有一定的意义。

分析我国政府规制的现状和存在的问题,并提出改革建议的论文有多篇,其
他的研究主题,如规制的效果和效率、地方政府层面的规制研究等所占份额极少。
研究中国规制问题的论文所占比重虽然很大,但也存在诸多问题。如对价格规制、
准入规制等经济性规制的研究占多数,而与企业的社会责任相关的社会性规制研
究尚未全面展开;从经济学的角度探讨我国政府规制的现状、问题及效果较多,
而有关规制决策和执行过程以及地方政府规制的研究较少。
