科学技术日新月异的进步，让人类生活发生了巨大的变化，计算机技术的飞速发展，使各行各业在计算机技术应用方面得到了广泛的普及和使用。信息化时代的到来成为不可抗拒的潮流，人类文明正在进入一个崭新的时代。本系统的题目是基于JSP的火车票务管理系统的设计开发，是针对高铁售票中心对售票信息的管理而设计的，目的是改变售票现有的手工或半手工的管理模式，使售票工作更规范，更标准，提高工作效率。
本系统采用了Browser/Server体系结构，JSP(Java Server Page)作为前台开发工具，MySQL作为后台数据库进行开发。最终系统实现的系统将分为管理员和会员两个角色，管理员部分的主要功能包括修改登录密码、会员信息管理、留言信息管理、订单信息管理以及车次信息管理，会员部分的功能有在线购票、查看系统公告以及系统留言模块。本火车票务管理系统的设计制作可以很大程度的提高高铁售票的效率，充分体现了信息时代的优越性。

Abstract
The progress of science and technology, so that human life has undergone tremendous changes, the rapid development of computer technology, all walks of life to obtain the widespread popularization and the use in the application of computer technology. The advent of the information age has become an irresistible trend of human civilization is entering a new era. Therefore, SSH train ticketing system has advantages of convenient, fast, with low cost is slowly into people’s lives based on the train ticket, the traditional way to set free out thoroughly, improve efficiency, reduce working personnel former busy work, reduce the probability of error. This system is the subject of the design and development of train ticket selling system based on JSP, is designed to train ticket on the ticket information management, the purpose is to change the ticket of the existing manual or semi manual management mode, make the booking work more standardized, more standard, improve work efficiency.
The system uses the Browser/Server architecture, JSP (Java Server Page) as a development tool, MySQL as database development. System to achieve the final system will be divided into administrators and members of two roles, the administrator of the main features include: modify the login password, member information management, message management, order information management, train information management, membership functions with online booking, check system and the system of announcement message module. The design of the railway ticketing system can greatly improve the production efficiency of the train ticket, fully embodies the superiority of the information age.
