摘 要
随着我国经济社会的转型、就业机制的变革、高校的连年扩招，大学生的就业难问题日益凸显，在一定程度上成为社会各界共同关注的热点、焦点，而这一问题的解决将关系到高等教育的健康发展、人才强国战略的实施、落实科学发展观和和谐社会的构建等，是关乎于广大人民群众切身利益、全面建设小康社会及实现社会主义现代化的综合性问题。因此，选择以构建大学生就业保障体系为主题进行研究对于丰富大学生就业理论和指导大学生就业实践具有重要的理论和实际意义。
本文首先对大学生就业保障意识的现状进行了阐述，其次分析探讨了大学生就业保障意识存在的不足，最后针对这些不足提出了大学生就业保障意识的建议。

Along with China’s economic and social transition, the employment mechanism transformation, college enrollment expansion, the difficult employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent, to a certain extent become a community focus, and the solution to this problem will affect the healthy development of higher education, the strategy of talent powerful nation, the implementation of scientific development view and the construction of harmonious society, which are related to the vital interests of the people, the comprehensive construction well-off society and realization of socialist modernization of the integrated problem. Therefore, we choose to construct university students’ employment security system as subjects for study of college students’ employment guidance to enrich the theory and practice of college students’ employment exists important theoretical and practical significance.
First this paper on the university students’ employment security consciousness present situation were introduced, followed by analysis of college students employment security awareness of the inadequacy of existence, finally aimed at these shortcomings, the university students’ employment security awareness is suggested.
