贵州女大学生就业前景分析
摘要：随着这几年高校的持续扩招，大学毕业生数量的大幅增加，劳动力市场呈现出供大于求的局势，从而使得大学生的就业前景不容乐观。其中，尤其是女大学生这样的弱势群体，往往在就业过程中劳动力市场没有为女大学生提供和男大学生相同的就业机会，在激烈的市场竞争中女大学生的就业形势日益严重，由于我国有男尊女卑的思想，加上某些用人单位的观念偏差，以及关于女性权益方面的政策法规尚不完善，而且女性的生理和心理上的某些局限性，高校教育又缺乏针对性，多方面因素导致女大学生遭遇就业“门槛”。目前，女大学生就业的情况及对社会的影响已经成为整个社会广泛关注的问题。本文从贵州女大学生的就业前景出发，全面分析了影响女大学生就业前景的因素,并根据现实情况提出如何改善女大学生就业前景的途径，希望为广大的女大学毕业生提供一些有用的参考。
