摘要 :当前我国的文化体制改革正蓬勃发展,演员管理体制的改革是其中的重要组成部分,其面临的现实境遇和存在的问题纷繁复杂,除了社会转型期中体制变革的阵痛之外,自身管理理念的陈旧、管理方式的落后和管理效能的低下是其当前函需解决的难题。本文主要介绍演员的大致情况以及对演员管理所存在的问题和对如何使当前我国演员管理体制更为有效提出对策建议,特别是针对演员职业生涯发展的规划与执行机制,演员的分类管理与再培训,建立科学有效的绩效评估机制提出的一点建议,希冀对我国演员管理体制的发展有所助益。

Abstract:The culture of current our country reform is developing flourishingly, actor management system reform is one of the important components, its face the reality of the situation and problems of the complex, but in the social transition period system changes labor pains, its management idea obsolete, management means backward and management efficiency is low it is its current needed to solve the problem. This paper mainly introduces the general situation and the actor actor management problems and on how to make our current actor management system more effective countermeasures and suggestions put forward, especially for actor occupation career development planning and execution mechanism, actor classification management and training, the establishment of a scientific and effective performance evaluation mechanism is presented. Suggestions to our country, hoping to contribute to the development of actor management system.
