摘要：农业是国民经济中最具有基础性的产业，是支撑整个国民经济不断发展与进步的保障，农业问题直接关系到整个社会的经济稳定与和谐发展，关系到国家粮食生产及广大农民生活水平的提高，更涉及到国家粮食安全问题。在生态农业飞速发展的今天，传统的粗放型农业经济模式逐渐暴露出了种种问题，如：生态破环、资源短缺、农业技术落后、产业化水平低和品牌意识薄弱等问题，已经满足不了当今社会快速发展的需要。河南省作为我国重要的产粮大省，农业发展开始由传统农业向循环、高效、可持续的生态农业方向看齐。怎样在解决农业、资源及环境问题的同时来保护和改善生态环境，促进经济稳定和社会和谐发展成为河南省农业发展的首要课题。论文在河南省生态农业发展现状分析的基础上，首先对生态农业进行了简单概述，分别从概念、特征、原则进行了介绍；其次，深入探索和研究了河南省生态农业近年来取得的成就及发展过程中的意义、优势及存在问题；最后，针对性的提出了促进河南省生态农业持续、稳定、健康发展的措施。

Abstract:Agriculture is one of the most basic industry in national economy, is to support the development and progress of the whole national economy continuously, the issue of agriculture is directly related to the economic stability and harmonious development of society as a whole, is related to national food production and the improvement of living standards of farmers, more involves the country food security problems. In today’s rapid development of ecological agriculture, the traditional mode of extensive agricultural economy gradually exposed the problems, such as: ecological damage, shortage of resources, backward farming techniques, such problems as low level of industrialization and a weak brand awareness, already can’t satisfy the need of the rapid development in today’s society, as an important major grain-producing provinces of our country, in Henan province started from traditional agriculture to agricultural development cycle, high efficient and sustainable ecological agriculture direction, how to solve the problem of agriculture, resources and environment at the same time to protect and improve the ecological environment, promote economic stability and social harmony development become the primary task in the development of agriculture in our province. In Henan province based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of ecological agriculture, ecological agriculture for the first simple overview, respectively from the concept, characteristics, principles are introduced; Secondly, explore and research the ecological agriculture in Henan province in recent years, the achievements and significance, advantages and existing problems in the process of development; Finally, pointed proposed to promote sustained, stable and healthy development of ecological agriculture in our province.
