摘 要
随着多媒体、动画、三维技术等产业迅速发展，加剧了对动漫创意人才的需求，而我国动漫创意专业人才的缺乏，制约着我国动漫产业的快速发展。鉴于此，本文首先简述国内外学者对动漫产业的研究，及我国动漫产业概述，然后对晋城市动漫产业人才培养现状进行分析，指出其存在的问题，接着介绍了国际动漫产业人才的培养经验，最后提出晋城动漫产业人才培养的路径建议，希望政府重视人才建设，吸引人才，留住人才；同时加强产学研教学模式的建立，加大师资力量的投入，不断加大晋城市动漫产业人才的培养力度，促进人才培育的健康发展，为晋城动漫产业的发展提供人力保障，是具有现实意义的研究课题。

Abstract
With multimedia, animation, 3D technology and other industries developed rapidly, increasing the demand for animation and creative talent, and our lack of animation and creative professionals, which restricts the rapid development of China’s animation industry. In view of this, this paper briefly animation and creative industries and foreign scholars on the study, and an overview of China’s animation industry, animation and creative industries of Jincheng analysis of the status of personnel training, pointing out its problems, then presented the International Cartoon Creative Industry Talent training experience, and finally made.the animation industry training Jincheng path suggestions that the government attaches importance to human development, to attract and retain qualified personnel; while strengthening teaching and research establishment, increase investment in teachers, increasing Jincheng animation creative talents, and promote the healthy development of personnel training, animation and creative industries for the development of Jincheng provide human security, is the practical significance of the study.
