领导与领导艺术新论
摘 要
随着中国经济社会的转型、发展与进步，企业之间的竞争日益激烈，人力资源管理成为企业管理的重中之重，领导艺术管理艺术研究与应用引起社会的广泛关注。懂得领导艺术的管理者能更好地激励员工，使员工充满信心，积极地朝企业的目标努力，而不懂领导艺术的管理者则无法凝聚员工的心，无法使企业健康有序地运转。鉴于此，本文首先简述了领导以及领导艺术的内涵，接着指出领导艺术存在的问题，最后提出提高领导艺术的建议。
领导艺术说到底就是借力借智的艺术，就是用人管人的艺术。领导艺术就是能够创造性地游刃有余地使用领导的各种方法、技巧、手段。目前领导艺术存在问题主要有：亲力亲为问题，经营人心问题，执行力问题，权力管理问题等；主要建议是：提高领导的服务意识；以人为本，经营人心；用人管人艺术；无为而治艺术；民主集中的艺术等。
希望领导者注重激励与人性化管理，用精神统领下属，不断创新领导艺术，提高领导水平，促进企业与社会和谐发展。

Leadership and New Theory of Leadership
Abstract
As China’s economic and social transformation, development and progress, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, human resources management a top priority of corporate management, the art of leadership and the art of management research and application has aroused widespread concern. Know the managers of the art of leadership to better motivate staff, staff confidence in a positive way towards the goal, but does not know the managers of the art of leadership is unable to unite the hearts of the staff can not make the business healthy and orderly way. In view of this, the paper first outlines the connotation of leadership and the art of leadership, and then pointed out that the problems of the art of leadership, and finally raised to the proposed increase in the art of leadership.
The art of leadership in the final analysis is leveraging by intellectual art, employing the art of managing people. The art of leadership is the ability to creatively capability to use the leadership of the various methods, techniques, tools. Present the art of leadership mainly: hands-on problems, business people problem, the executive power, power management problems, etc.; the main recommendations is to: improve the leadership of service awareness; people-oriented, business people; employing tube the Art; inaction while governance Art; democracy concentration of art.
I hope the leader focus on incentives and humane management, subordinate command in the spirit of innovation art of leadership, to improve the level of leadership, to promote enterprise and harmonious development of society.
